As soon as your MacBook arrives at our facility, we'll start the recovery process and keep you updated.
After the final test and payment of the invoice, we'll send your MacBook back to you, securely packaged.

On average, five business days from the date of receipt, including shipping both ways. Standard repairs are completed faster, while logic board repairs and water damage repairs take longer. For urgent cases, we offer a 24-hour service.
Because we repair at the component level instead of replacing the motherboard, your data is usually preserved—even if the SSD is soldered in place. There’s never a guarantee, so be sure to back up whatever you can beforehand.
Nothing. No repairs, no charges—we’ll even cover the return shipping costs.
If your device is still under manufacturer’s warranty, you should contact Apple first. We’re the place to go for everything beyond that—and for anything Apple resolves only through a full replacement.
Both. Free shipping is the standard option and is available throughout Germany. If you live in Dortmund or the surrounding area, you can also drop off your MacBook in person by prior arrangement.
