In the first step, you will immediately find out your battery exchange price and conveniently order your MacBook battery exchange via our order form.
Once you have decided on a rescue, we will send you a free shipping label with which you can send in your MacBook.
We will inform you as soon as we receive your MacBook and start with the exchange as soon as possible. You will receive updates by email or phone.
After successful completion of the test you will receive an email with our invoice. Only now you pay for our service. We will now send your MacBook back to you fully charged.
Before we can replace your battery, we need an order from you. First of all, you need the model number of your MacBook. You can find it on the back of your MacBook. After you have filled out the form, you will receive your free shipping label from us by mail. With this label you can send in your MacBook and we will start with the battery replacement.
We are currently working at our capacity limit, therefore it may take longer to process your order (approx. 5 working days).

We will do our best to recover your MacBook as soon as possible. On average, a rescue with us takes 2-3 business days. Express rescue is also possible after consultation.
