The logic board of a MacBook consists of numerous small components: Resistors, capacitors, microchips, memory modules and much more. The failure of only one of these components can already cause the entire logic board and thus the MacBook to stop working. Our employees are able to identify and replace the defective components. This is done with the aid of microscopes, thermal imaging camera and soldering station.

Once you have decided to have your MacBook repaired, we will send you a free shipping label to send in your MacBook.
We will inform you as soon as we receive your MacBook and start the repair as soon as possible. You will receive updates by email or phone.
After successful completion of the test you will receive an email with our invoice. Only now you pay for our service. We will now send your MacBook back to you fully charged.
After you have filled out the form, you will receive your free shipping label from us by mail. With this label, you can send in your MacBook and we will start the logicboard repair.
We are currently working at our capacity limit, therefore it may take longer to process your order (approx. 5 working days).

The serial number is located on the bottom of your MacBook. It consists of 11-13 characters and contains letters and numbers.
If you can’t find the serial number, we can help you by phone(+49 231 22 61 46 30) or Whatsapp to identify your MacBook.
We will do our best to recover your MacBook as soon as possible. On average, a repair with us takes 5 working days. A 48 h express repair is also bookable.
With the right packaging, transporting your MacBook is no problem. If you are unsure about the packaging, just use our secure shipping box.
