You always pay for the treatment of your fluid damage only after a successful rescue and never in advance. Rescuing the motherboard has a fixed price, no matter how tricky it is to rectify the fault.
If additional components such as the battery need to be replaced, we will contact you by phone to find a favorable solution. You decide whether or not you want to have your MacBook rescued at the new price, and you have the option to withdraw from the rescue at no cost. In this case, we will send your MacBook back to you free of charge.

After successful completion of the test you will receive an email with our invoice. Only now you pay for our service. We will now send your MacBook back to you in one piece.

The serial number is located on the bottom of your MacBook. It consists of 11-13 characters and contains letters and numbers.
If you can’t find the serial number, we can help you by phone(+49 231 22 61 46 30) or Whatsapp to identify your MacBook.
We will do our best to recover your MacBook as soon as possible. On average, a rescue with us takes 4 working days. In addition, 24-hour or 48-hour express treatment can be booked.
With the right packaging, transporting your MacBook is no problem. If you are unsure about the packaging, just use our secure shipping box.
