Once you have decided on a repair, you will receive a free shipping label from us with which you can send in your MacBook.
We will inform you as soon as we receive your MacBook and start with the exchange as soon as possible. You will receive updates by email or phone.
After successful completion of the test you will receive an email with our invoice. Only now you pay for our service. We will now send your MacBook back to you fully charged.
After you have filled out the form, you will receive your free shipping label from us by mail. With this label you can send in your MacBook and we will start with the keyboard exchange.

The serial number is located on the bottom of your MacBook. It consists of 11-13 characters and contains letters and numbers.
If you can’t find the serial number, we can help you by phone(+49 231 22 61 46 30) or Whatsapp to identify your MacBook.
We will do our best to recover your MacBook as soon as possible. On average, a repair with us takes 3 working days. A 24 h or 48 h express repair can also be booked.
With the right packaging, transporting your MacBook is no problem. If you are unsure about the packaging, just use our secure shipping box.

If you want to try to fix your keyboard problems yourself, you should first find out what type of keyboard your MacBook has installed. In principle, there are two different types of keyboards: Keyboards with scissor action and keyboards with butterfly action. Keyboards with butterfly mechanics are much more prone to errors and unfortunately also more complicated to repair.
Keyboards have very delicate mechanics. You can easily damage them, so you should be very careful not to damage the keyboard. On keyboards with butterfly action, the action under the black key cannot be replaced. Damage to the mechanics means that the entire keyboard has to be replaced. Therefore, we do not recommend repairing these keyboards on your own.
